Shipping & Refund Policy
Estimated Delivery Duration
Peninsular Malaysia: Within 3 to 7 working days
East Malaysia: Within 5 to 16 working days
The delivery duration may be extended during festive seasons, sales period and poor weather conditions. Clappy Store is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels during shipping. If you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery duration, kindly contact respective courier company for parcel status.
Returns & Refunds
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (Change of mind)
If you change your mind about your purchase, we do provide a refund only in term of store credit.
Refunds (Others, If applicable)
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Partial Refunds (If applicable)
Partial refunds are only applicable to item that is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We replace item if the item received is damaged or broken. Kindly provide proof of photo within 7 days after you received the item.
